Sylvy is a general-purpose minimalistic symbolic algebra system.
How to use?
Input your program in the text field at the bottom of the page.
Press the button to execute your program (you can also use Ctrl+Shift shortcut instead).
Execute help? to get more information on how to use Sylvy.
If you are finished with Sylvy, click on to delete the current session. Then you can simply reload this page to start a new one.
Pressing while a program is running interrupts program execution ahead of time.
Click on to clear the input box.
Switching on turns Sylvy into an advanced calculator: Sylvy capabilities as a programming language are greatly reduced, but working with symbolic computation becomes more convenient.
Note that you can also use the following keyboard shortcuts:
Ctrl+Shift - execute the program.
Alt+N - clear the input field.
Alt+M - turn calculator mode on / off.
The maximum execution time is limited to 30 seconds. The maximum lifetime of a session is limited to 12 hours. The maximum time of inactivity is 30 minutes (after which the session will be automatically discarded).
